T-Mobile (www.t-mobile.co.uk) is one of the world’s leading mobile

Increased Recruitment and a Streamlined Solution
The explosive growth of the mobile industry and T-Mobile’s need to hire large numbers of call centre staff presented the company with numerous recruitment challenges. In the past, T-Mobile used its corporate intranet as the source for internal recruiting, whilst agencies were used for the vast majority of external hires. T-Mobile needed to lower these costs significantly. Its goal was to reduce recruitment spend by £2 million.

Prior to installing Peopleclick’s market-leading recruitment management system – Peopleclick RMS™ – T-Mobile used a Microsoft Access database and a paper filing system to manage its entire recruitment process.
