Ron Kupferman
Chairman and CEO, Peopleclick, Inc.;

Ron Kupferman is chairman and CEO of Peopleclick, Inc. Kupferman brings more than 30 years of information technology experience to Peopleclick. He began his career in the information technology industry with NCR Corporation and in 1972 formed his own software products business. Kupferman founded Global Software in 1981 and through acquisition and internal growth helped it grow into a premier supplier of financial systems for both the healthcare and commercial markets. Under Kupferman's leadership, Global Software spun off four businesses and acquired two others, including two major transactions involving Storage Technology Corporation and the Hathaway Corporation. These transactions provided shareholders with excellent returns on their investment and placed Global Software in a dominant market position in the healthcare and commercial marketplace.
Kupferman holds a BA in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Scott Harper is a Director of Primus Capital Funds, a Cleveland-based private equity firm established to invest in growth capital opportunities, recapitalizations and management-led buyouts in the business services, healthcare, for-profit education and communication sectors. Prior to joining Primus in 1994, he worked as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Mr. Harper earned a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
He also serves on the boards of ATI Enterprises, Inc. and Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC.
Ms. Daniels is a Managing Member of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, a $1.1+B venture capital group focused on healthcare and information technology investments. Prior to joining MSVP in 2000, Ms. Daniels served as Product Manager, National Director of Fulfillment Operations, and Southeast Regional Manager within divisions of Commerce Clearing House ("CCH", Inc.). She has also served as staff to the Aviation Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives and to the North Carolina Secretary of State. Ms. Daniels earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Daniels is currently a director of Arcadian Management, Discoverx, EKOS, IDeaS, National Healing, and Trivirix and is involved with the portfolio companies Emphasys, Solstice Neurosciences and Visiprise.
Mr. Miller co-manages Lovett Miller & Co., a venture capital firm with $175 million of capital under management that focuses on investments in emerging technology companies. Mr. Miller also monitors investments in and serves as an advisor to 360 Commerce; Employease, Inc.; Flat Rock Grille Holdings, Inc.; iLIANT Corp.; Peopleclick, Inc.; and Proxima Therapeutics, Inc.
Prior to co-founding Lovett Miller & Co., Mr. Miller served as a General Partner of South Atlantic Venture Partners II, Limited Partnership and South Atlantic Venture Partners III, Limited Partnership.
Prior to entering the private equity business, Mr. Miller worked in Investment Banking at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. in Charlotte, NC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated in New York City. Mr. Miller worked in sales and marketing for BellSouth Corporation prior to attending graduate school.
